Hello there! My name is Julio and I’m a software engineer working currently as an engineering manager in Berlin, Germany. I’ve been a programmer for many years now and I’ve always tried to share in a way or another my learnings.
This website is a companion resource of my youtube channel Independent Pixels where I share some nice tech content.
I started programming in the 90s doing small Turbo Pascal and Delphi programs. Later I started learning some HTML and JavaScript to put some webpages online. After graduating from university I continued my path as a software engineer developing many types of programs and gradually went to a management path. Nowadays I’m a hands on engineering manager who loves programming and still ships code to production on a weekly basis.
